About Order


What’s your minimum order?

There is no MOQ for our personalized products.

Do you accept drop shipping orders from excel files or direct API connections?

Yes, we have order processing system for uploading orders from excel file automatically, and direct API connection from Shopify store.

Do you accept cancellations or changes of address/products/engraving information after purchase?

Yes, we accept cancellations and changes for orders within 24 hours of purchase.

What’s your production time?

Our current turnaround time is about 2-7 business days upon ordering. Orders may have 2-3 days longer processing and manufacturing time frame during Christmas holiday.

Do you offer wholesale service?

Yes, as a manufacturer, we also accept OEM orders. Besides, we also provide non-engraved personalized products at low prices. For more details, please check with your sales representative.

About Products


What material is the jewelry made of?

925 sterling silver, 316L stainless steel and few in Brass. For products made of gold and rose gold are coated with a 18K gold layer. Every product made in 925 sterling silver will have 925 or S925 stamped.

Are your products Nickel-Free?

All of our jewelry is hypoallergenic and certified Nickel-free. We test every single style to ensure they meet all of our rigorous standards

How much should I mark up your products when selling at retail?

Our distributors’ pricing policies vary widely based on their target market as well as the overhead and marketing costs associated with their individual businesses.

High-end jewelry retailers mark up our products as much as 5-10x the wholesale price. In these instances, the pieces are sold with a very fancy presentations and branded packaging to enhance their perceived value.

Most of our customers use a 2-5x markup strategy. This works well for selling over the internet.

About Package


How do you pack drop shipping orders?

We provide unbranded gift boxes, please check here for reference. For each drop-shipping order, it won’t contain any information about our company, invoice or price.

Do you provide a customized package?

Yes, we provide customized gift boxes/bags/silver polish cloth etc. Distributors can use our own unbranded package designs to print their brand logo, or they can also send their designs for the package, we can produce it as well. More details please check it with your sales representative.

Returns&After Sales Service


60 days guarantee policy situation

Please understand we do not accept returns for personalized items. But we generally have a 60 days guarantee policy, during this time period we provide free new replacements (We will only exchange the item(s) for the same product, or for item(s) of equal or lesser value), and this policy applies to the following conditions:

1. We sent the wrong order or item(s), customers received broken items, or the quality of the product customers received is damaged/defective.

2. Customers received the incorrect personalized products: wrong birthstones, wrong names engraved, wrong sizes.

NOT covered by our 60-day guarantee policy

Our 60-day guarantee policy does NOT cover the following, and we are not liable for these issues:

1. Products have been exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals. These chemicals include but are not limited to, seawater, sunscreen, and perfume. Oxidized silver is easily damaged.

2. Any damage to jewelry caused by neglectful, abusive or natural wear and tear are not covered. Damages, such as hit or knocks is easily found under inspection.

Jewelry Care Tips


How should I care for my pieces?

To keep your styles at their best, please give them occasional breaks and store them neatly when not in use.

Avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics when wearing fashion and gold plate jewelry; this includes but are not limited to lotion, sunscreen, and perfume.

Jewelry that is 925 Sterling Silver or gold plated should never be worn in the shower, pool or ocean.

Pack your pieces carefully for travel; we recommend always storing them in your carry-on luggage.
